The fourth mode of the melodic minor is also very similar to the Lydian mode, as was our last scale
third mode of the melodic minor.

This time the difference is a flat seventh. So many call this scale accurately as Lydian b7.

This scale is a beauty. It will yield many wonderful chordal combinations.

Try creating chords from this scale, not having and idea what they might be.

Just grab three of four notes and go for it.

The scale is sophisticated and thoughtful without being too brooding or predictably dark.
